Informatics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Representative Director: Daichi Saito) and Konoike Construction Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Representative Director: Morihiro Tsutada) are engaged in MR (Mixed Reality) related technological development at construction sites. In collaboration, we announced that we will make the best use of GyroEye Holo / HoloLens 2 / Trimble XR10 in various construction phases in the new construction of the KONOIKE Techno Center (tentative name) and accelerate efforts to improve productivity.
The KONOIKE Techno Center is a new research facility in Suminoe Ward, Osaka City, which started construction in July 2020 to strengthen technological development for solving social issues. From the basic construction phase of construction to the operation phase after completion, we will make the best use of MR technology held by informatics.
The details of each phase's efforts will be disclosed in sequence, and the knowledge and technical information obtained will be applied to various projects in the construction and civil engineering fields that Konoike Construction is working on to further improve efficiency and accelerate productivity. However, we will further promote the digital transformation of the construction industry.
