Information security purpose
A major goal of Informatix, Inc.'s business activities is to contribute to the world by using information and communication technology. Our specific business is to develop excellent systems for handling spatial information. The system often handles large amounts of information. It includes not only personal information, but also any confidential information associated with the business. We believe that handling all information safely and correctly is an essential task in conducting our business.
In order to achieve our information security objectives, we declare here that we will formulate, implement and promote information security policies and guidelines.
Information Security Policy
- All employees fully understand the importance of maintaining information security before engaging in work
- We recognize that information security is an important element of quality and provide safe and secure systems
- Management is socially responsible for complying with our information security laws
Guidelines for action
- All employees have a high level of security awareness to prevent information security incidents,
- Report, contact, and consult without leaving any unclear points arising in business
- Learn and introduce new information security measures and new technologies
- Actively observe rules such as ISMS and share information
- The ISMS Committee ensures that the PDCA in accordance with ISMS is carried out in response to reports from inside and outside and changes in circumstances.
- Management leads the establishment of information security management system and maintenance / management of maintenance system

We have obtained ISO27001: 2013 certification, the information security management system (ISMS) standard.
